Our Approach
Community Café
The Community Cafe approach brings together residents and service providers to have meaningful conversations that lead to transformative change.
This approach was developed by a small group parents who came together to lead change in their community, and is now held by the Community Cafe Collaborative, a 501c3 non-profit organization working with communities across the nation.
Three components:

- World Café Process
SOAR partners with the Community Café Collaborative to listen and learn from diverse communities, promote and engage with community-led responses to identified needs, and support emerging leaders.
